You’re kidding me. You aren’t allowed to have ANY grains or fruits? You’re starving your body hun..

Just make a stir fry and eat it straight.

    Egg Drop Soup….
Boiling chicken Stock, I would add veggies for bulk, then drizzle in a beaten egg….as you stir the broth in a circle. The egg cooks immediately. Add chopped Parsley.
    Egg Foo Yung….
I order this and never made it….It is veggies….cabbage, and various other vegetables, grated and held together well enough to be dipped in egg or pour scrambled eggs in the pan and immediately put spoonfuls of the veggie mix in the eggs let cook until browned. Separate the egg between the patties…flip and brown on the other side…This is usually served with a rich dark brown gravy…..
I would experiment with the Egg Foo Yung……Good Luck…and good for you as the South Beach diet if followed will drop the weight…..(without meat….hummm not sure)
