Stuck in a rut with dieting and hypnosis.Please help.12 points?
Basically, Ive been in a dieting rut for ages. On tuesday,Ive started to use hypnosis and its been making me extremly sensitive to what Ive eaten and I do admit its made me feel quiet sensitive to comments.
Ive just binged on a bar of chocolate,2 crumpets + Jam, Ice bun & 1 bannana
I dont know what to do now. Do I miss a session (its on cd) tonight and start tommorow?

Hypnosis probably isn’t the best way to go. Try tracking calories and nutrients. It’s important to make certain you’re eating healthy to lose weight, and I don’t think hypnosis can really do that for you.
What is an ice bun?
I would say ditch the hypnosis, because if it’s making you sensitive, it’s not working the way it should (if it was ever really supposed to do anything at all). Just get your servings of fruits and veggies, estimate your daily calories (watch out! Many Americans underestimate how much they eat by stunningly large proportions!), and exercise, and you should be fine.

Self hyp recording will only be affective in straight forwards cases, where there are deeper issues it will fail as a real hypnotherapist is needed to uncover blocks & work throught them with you. & it sounds like this is the case with yourself.
I would leave the recording alone as it is prompting your subconscious mind to protect you from something that it feels that it needs to keep you safe.
